Project scopes and quotes
Development work begins only after a written scope, price, payment terms, responsibilities and project conditions have been agreed.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of designs, code, content, third-party components and project materials are addressed in the applicable written project agreement.
Third-party services
Apps may depend on hosting, app stores, APIs, payment providers, accounting systems or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers.
Confidentiality and NDAs
An NDA may be requested for early project discussions. Additional confidentiality obligations may be included in the project agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or third-party services. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless a project agreement states otherwise.
